My musical career started in '98 during the Soundmix show. In 2004 and 2006 I took part in Eurosong.
In 2004 as Eva and 2006 as Eve Kempbell. And that year I reached the semi-finals and had a radio hit with the song 'Not right.'
After that I was in various rock cover bands, including Fenix. And I have been a tattoo artist since 2010.
In 2022 I wrote a song (as Eva Edita) called 'Gaoth' together with Udo.

Davy Macquoi is a child of the 80s. The fact that he releases Dutch-language music as his alter ego Daalman stems from his love for iconic 80's bands such as Doe Maar, Het Goede Doel and Frank Boeijen Groep. As a young man, he would always sit in front of the TV screen on Thursday evenings at exactly 7:00 PM, ready for his favorite show: Avro's Toppop. With Night Rider he brings the broad repertoire of his beloved 80s with a lot of nostalgia.
